Living Large In "The Big Tiny"

Wikimedia

Maybe it was predictable that there would be a backlash against the so-called "McMansions" of several years ago.

But WHAT a backlash!

Instead of 2,000-plus square foot houses for small families, there's a trend very much in the other direction.

Call it the Tiny House Movement.  Dee Williams embraced it when she built her own 80-square foot house.

That's not a typo: EIGHTY square feet.

Dee tells the story in her book The Big Tiny, and joins us on the air to talk about it.
