Current Fire Evacuation Zones

Some of the fire evacuation alerts have been downgraded as of Friday morning.  Here is the list across the region, by fire and by county...

Oregon Gulch Fire:

Klamath County: Level 1 evacuation in Klamath River Canyon from John C. Boyle Dam to the California border

Siskiyou County: Evacuations have been lifted. 

Jackson County: Level 1 evacuation on Copco Road from #6000 to the state line.  Level 1 evacuation means "Be Ready" to evacuate. Level 1 evacuation for Highway 66 from the Green Springs Fire Station to the 2000 block of Highway 66

July Complex Fire (Log, Whites, and Leef Fires):

Siskiyou County: An evacuation advisory was expanded Friday morning by the Siskiyou County Sheriff's Office to residents of Idlewild, Taylor Lake, and Robinson Flat areas. Scott Valley, Mugginsville, Greenview, and South Kidder Creek remain under advisory evacuation. The area of Music Creek, South Russian Creek and Rainbow Mine are still under evacuation orders.  

An evacuation center is open in Yreka at the Jackson Street Elementary School, which can also handle animals and small livestock. 

Beaver Fire:

Siskiyou County: An evacuation Advisory has been issued for the area along Highway 96 in the town of Klamath River, Beaver Creek Road, and for the area between Lumgrey Creek and Doggett Creek. .

An evacuation center has been established at the Jackson Street Elementary School in Yreka, which can also handle animals and small livestock.

Eiler Fire:

Evacuations have been lifted. 

Bald Fire:

Evacuations have been lifted.
