GPHS Project Graduation 2026 is sponsoring the annual "Will-A-Thon" to raise money for a safe drug and alcohol free party for the Class of 2026. Participants will consult with one of the following volunteer attorneys to have a basic will, power of attorney, and advance directive prepared. Cost $300 Single, $350 Couple. Belinda Godin is the heart and owner of Aging Stages Senior Services. Her role is that of a Senior Living Advisor and Placement Specialist. She is also a long-time educator and provides public presentations on senior living as often as she is given the opportunity. She is a Senior Home Safety Specialist and holds a Certification in Dementia Therapy. As a former assisted living and memory care admissions professional, she brings a senior living insider’s perspective to this important conversation. The goal today is for you to feel less fearful, more informed, and better prepared for next steps - whatever that looks like for your situation.

This chair-based yoga class incorporates movement, poses, breath, and guided relaxation in both seated and (optional) standing sequences. We move slowly and mindfully, with plenty of opportunity to pause and notice. The classes are designed using the principles of yoga for healthy aging to support brain and body wellness.

Instructor Bio: Lori Sours, PhD, has been teaching yoga since 2014 and is a Create an account with JCC Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level with Yoga Alliance. Beyond Lori’s certification work, her specialized training includes teaching yoga for healthy aging and chair yoga for brain and body health. She is passionate about introducing the benefits of slow, mindful yoga, including chair yoga, to people who want to feel their best every day and age wisely.
The Best of the Best features high school students from Southern Oregon. The show is juried on who gets to show their art; each school is allowed 10 projects. Once the museum puts the art on display a committee of local artists judge the art for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Show is up until May 5th. Come down and show these young artists your support.
We have a wide assortment of food available. Bags with staple items are pre-filled, but we will gladly add any special requests if they are available. When you visit, there is always a simple lunch. On the last Wednesday of every month, we serve a pretty darned good hot meal with salad and a huge table filled with pies and desserts. We call it a community lunch. All are welcomed.
