Taking Drought Action In Ashland Parks

There's not much we can do about drought, other than take actions that reduce our need for water. 

The city of Ashland is doing just that in its city parks.  Not only will irrigation be delayed as long as possible this year, the city will not plant new trees and shrubs that had been planned. 

We get the details on the changes in the coming warm season.
