Trends come and go in the food world, and right now it's popular to know where your food comes from.  Centuries of recipe books just list the needed ingredients, with little or no reference to the original sources. 

The website Nourished Kitchen aims to be non-trendy, and it is now arriving in bookstores in the form of a new recipe book, "The Nourished Kitchen: Farm-to-Table Recipes for the Traditional Foods Lifestyle Featuring Bone Broths, Fermented Vegetables, Grass-Fed Meats, Wholesome Fats, Raw Dairy, and Kombuchas."
