Knowing Yourself The Key To Working With Others

Maybe your boss set up some exercises to help you and your colleagues work better together.

And maybe you did become a better and more productive team as a result.

But at least one psychologist believes firmly that knowing YOURSELF better is the key to success at work and elsewhere.

Tasha Eurich is that psychologist, and the author of Insight: Why We're Not as Self-Aware as We Think, and How Seeing Ourselves Clearly Helps Us Succeed at Work and in Life.  The author talks about reaching self-awareness, and the many obstacles we put in our own way.
