A Biography Of PTSD

Houghton Mifflin Harcourt

How do you live after you've almost died?  David Morris says that is one of the central questions within PTSD, post-traumatic stress disorder.

Morris is a former marine who writes about PTSD and its prevalance in The Evil Hours.

Morris calls the book "a biography of PTSD;" it gives insights into the symptoms of PTSD and its astonishing frequency among service members in the post-9/11 period.

David Morris joins us to talk about his findings.
