Jeanne Renaux is an educator and storyteller who is passionate about the power of stories. Jeanne is a literacy and child development specialist with a Masters degree from Southern Oregon University in Education and a BFA in Acting/Directing from University of Arizona. Jeanne has many years of experience as a teacher and program designer in public and private schools and is an advocate for holistic education. She won a National Children’s Entertainment Award in 2001 for a show she wrote, directed, and performed. Jeanne enjoys creating opportunities for children to rise beyond perceived limitations. She embraces all forms of communicative tools such as media, puppetry, physical theater, and the many techniques that help bring a story to life.
