In this class we practice a series of about 20 poses all based around gaining strength and flexibility in the spine in addition to simple breathing and meditation exercises. This is a slow, gentile class that is perfect for beginners as well as those who are recovering from injury. I take special care for those working with challenges and help guide each individual through their practice. This is a small space and class size is limited to max 8 students, which allows personalized attention for each student who comes to practice.
